Weapon Name: Your weapon's name

Weapon Type: The class or variety that your weapon is.

Weapon Affinity: Your weapon's general element. Earth/ Fire/ Water/ Wind/ Lightning/ Light/ Darkness/ if other please explain. Limit to Two or Three elements at most.

Weapon Sealed Description: A description of your weapon physical in its sealed form. A rough description of any abilities it might have should be provided also. (Post a second and third form if they exist)

Weapon Spirit: A physical description of your weapon's spirit, if it contains one.

Weapon Background: A rough description of the weapon's history, materials its made from, ect.
