Well, if you want to ONLY describe a place, not role playing at all, but just describing it, then that can still go in the structure and layout sub-forum. Just follow how to make the title ;3

Nono, i didnt want it lik that i wanted it as rping but different places to roleplay in, like inside the Zetsumei mansion and out on the grounds and in the city or in the village.

Well, you can do one of two things. One, you can describe the place like the SoC used to do. You describe with a RP post. OR. You can describe it before hand and post it in the structure forum. That way you dont have to describe it each time. xD

Yes. I need more practice on making it. im guessing it isnt hard to do... But when i make something it becomes weird is all lol.

Well, do this.
Go to General, Catagories and Forums (On the left side colom) Scroll down to your Zetsumei Headquarters, and hit the green plus. Put in the forum name (Seijou City) and scroll down to describe it. Hit save, and then check all boxes next to Moderators, The Admin, and check ONLY the Special messages box (the unchecked one on the left) for The Zetsumei. :3
As for the main page, that wont work. The only way I could do that would clutter everything. Pretty much, that would involve making EVERY subforum visible. And I only want the first landing pages. Sorry
